I am an almost 40 year WBFF Fitness Competitor, Teacher, Trainer, Wife and Mother. I am a former Division 1 Soccer Player for the University of Arizona that became a heart disease survivor. I am a Level 1 PN Nutritionist MBSC Personal Trainer This site is to take you on a journey into training for Fitness Show; complete with all the ups and downs and everything in-between.
